By creating an account on koledger.in, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Service Description
Kiosk Ledger is a SaaS tool designed for CSP (Customer Service Point) owners to manage cash flow, transactions, and business records. It is strictly a record-keeping tool and is NOT a financial institution, bank, or payment processor.
3. User Responsibilities
Users are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data entered into the platform. Any misuse of the platform for illegal financial activities, money laundering, or fraud will lead to immediate account termination and possible reporting to authorities.
4. Subscription & Payments
Access to Kiosk Ledger is granted based on your chosen subscription plan (e.g., Monthly or Yearly). Failure to pay subscription fees will result in restricted access to your data and features until the account is brought into good standing.
5. Limitation of Liability
Kiosk Ledger is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not responsible for any financial losses, errors, or business disruptions caused by incorrect data entry, technical downtime, or data loss. Users are encouraged to maintain independent backups of their critical records.
